GGA set out to complete the design and documentation in less than a month, and execute the design for $30 per square foot, including the addition of a stair and expanded bathroom facilities. The hands-on training facility consists of a full mock-up gas station complete with pumps, service bays and an On The Run store. In addition, the facility contains a reception area, staff and visitor lunchroom, training room, office space, and service amenities.
