Description: This pattern's inspiration is a very loosely woven fabric. The yarns were hand spun, and nicely irregular. Like a silk. The resulting pattern is targeted at the corporate market and could be used anywhere. About the name "Esperanto": Esperanto is a language introduced in 1887 by Dr. L.L. Zamenhof after years of development. He proposed Esperanto as a second language to communicate, yet at the same time retain their own languages and cultural identities. We chose the name Esperanto because we like the idea of multicultural communication. Many of our patterns are influenced by other cultures and their arts.-- Bob Lehrmitt and Sharon DrinkwineBook : Lanark Backing : 100% Polyester Osnaburg Type : II Configuration : Vinyl Weight : 20 oz.
