Our HVD dispenser offers convenient metering of viscous products in a package markedly superior to tubes and jars and much less expensive than aerosols. It easily outperforms conventional packaging forms for these products.Having gained rapid consumer acceptance as a dentifrice dispenser, the HVD dispenser is also well suited to virtually any high viscosity formulation including personal care, food, pharmaceutical, automotive and household products. The lever and cut-off valve mechanism allows clean and efficient use.Output per full stroke averages approximately 2.5 milliters, but product discharge can be further portion controlled by releasing the lever/valve when the desired amount is obtained. A stamped metal retainer prevents lower seal back-up. Container graphics and instructions remain visible for the life of the container, unlike ''roll-up'' tubes.The HVD dispenser consists of only nine parts and each component is comprehensively checked during the molding process. Each assembly step is fully tested to ensure product performance.
