The RC-1294 is a three position lounger providing multi-position reclining comfort. A direct drive, double lock, mechanism prevents ottoman droop and ensures positive lock into desired position. The RC Series has full reclining action with minimum wall clearance featuring a counter balance recline that allows effortless operation to achieve position. The long ottoman extension 39 - 40 provides reclining comfort with ideal seat to ottoman angle. The ottoman can be closed with slight foot pressure which allows patients or caregivers to close it without using the wing handle. Mechanism is made of eight gauge steel construction for stability, strength and durability. Special bushings prevent metal-to-metal contact and maximize smoothness or operation. Arms are constructed of selected hardwood and finished with a bentwood cap. Upholstery material is a superior quality vinyl. Our recliners utilize resilient polyfoam providing comforts as well as support. The RC-1294 is equipped with two front non-locking swivel casters and two rear swivel, locking casters for ease of mobility and safety. The recliner can also be ordered with a rocker option, RC-2395.
