We were contacted to produce custom casework for an upscale watch gallery and store by Tony Cappiello at il Tempo Watch Gallery. Tony had a very interesing idea that combines a gallery and a watch store together. The customer can have drinks in a classy ambiance and view high end watches such as Rolex, Patek, Breguet etc. in beautifully unique casework.Tony had Thomas Caldwell Architects contact us and provide us with blueprints of the store and their design details. We took Thomas Caldwell's quality design to create elegant custom cases that were adapted using our basic casework system with many upgrades and custom alterations.These cases were produced to exacting details in a maple wood with a high end black lacquer finish. The wall cases remained as the architects design with slight modifications such as solid wood framework rather than aluminum extrusions.The final result is upscale casework showing off il Tempo's grand selection of fine watches.
