Jules Wilson Design Studio created luxury amenities spaces for the residents of The Place at Fifth + Broadway. Various media spaces include a screening room, recording studio, lounge, and more. Drawing inspiration from Nashville's rich musical and cultural history, sumptuous materials like tufted leather and velvet in jewel tones were used to achieve a varied, yet cohesive "rock-and-roll meets luxury chic" aesthetic throughout. Noteworthy design details include bespoke furnishings and commissioned artwork by local artists.
