MaxLite warrants the LED Recessed Retrofit Troffer Kit to be free from defect and that the LED depreciation does not go beyond 30 percent for a period of 5 years. MaxLite's fixtures are Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant and constructed without mercury or hazardous materials. At the time of necessary disposal at end of fixture life, 85 percent of the fixture is post consumer use recyclable, and can be recycled through standard recycling procedures.
