Just as the hourglass represents the female figure, this wedge embodies the simple masculin build, which is wide at the shoulders and tapers through the figure to his feet. The lateral view has been modified emphasizing the Shaman's shoulder curve and buttocks to amplify the first impression that this is a "man masquerading as an animal."
