Tin ceilings come in various designs

Our tin ceilings come in Art Deco, Turn of the Century and Victorian Designs. These designs were very popular in their own time period, but today they help home owner, business owner and even movie sets recreate the atmospere of each era. They come in
2' x 2' and  2' x 4' sheets, which makes for easy installation. The material is tin plated steel and has excellent paint retension. Oil-based paint or DTM (Direct To Metal) paint should be used, but some people use a clear coat to keet the embossed metal shine.

These are original designs and there's a few to pick from in each style. They also come in different size patterns to help with the different size projects you wish to use them in.They range from 6", 12" and 24" repeat patterns. The smaller designs (6 inch) are wonderful for smaller areas, such as bathrooms, narrow hallways, backsplashes, wainscotting and cabinet doors or bar fronts.

The larger patterns (24 inch) are fachionable to use on high ceilings, like in a loft and also used more commercially. in restaurants with high ceilings. The medium size (12 inch) is used in most average size rooms and average height ceilings. In kitchens, bedrooms, and livingrooms. Commercially in bars, where atmosphere could be important.

Finishes: You can paint the metal any color or clear coat them, but available is the factory shiny silver, a shiny copper and a number of faux finishes.

You can see many original ceilings in hardware store, pharmacies (formerly known as drug store and many ice cream parlors. The look of the tin ceilings always adds to the decor of any setting . . . just pick your decade.
