It’s all because of the K-Wave friction-grip backing, which holds the flooring in place, allowing 4.5 mm thick LooseLay planks and tiles to be installed with or without a full adhesive spread. The backing also contributes to the acoustic performance and comfort underfoot.

Another key performance feature is proprietary SureFit® technology in the stability layer of Karndean LooseLay. SureFit® gives planks and tiles enhanced dimensional stability, eliminating the need for expansion gaps and transition strips in large spaces.

Made with a 20 mil wear layer, Karndean LooseLay is scratch-resistant, waterproof and easy to clean with a broom, mop and pH neutral solution – no expensive, time-consuming maintenance required.
