For use with E-17 Metal Halide lamps to 175 watts. Tenaya 2 ® comes with a temporary cover that keeps dirt and debris out of the housing prior to final installation. It also serves as the concrete pour collar. During rough-in, the housing elevation is quickly established by using four sections of ½" PVC conduit or EMT. Simply insert the material through the molded bosses and raise the housing to finished grade. In case the housing goes slightly out of level as concrete settles and cures, Tenaya 2 ® has an Adjustable Leveling Collar (pat. pend.) for fast, easy fine tuning. Tenaya 2 ® can be installed directly into concrete or soil. And with two houseing configurations (in-line or 90°), Tenaya 2 ® fits into virtually any environment. Tenaya 2 ®'s Stability Flange (pat. pend.) actually projects into the installation substrate to reinforce housing stability. This is especially important in drive-over installations. Locking Tenaya 2 ® into a level position is as easy as driving the preset self-tapping screw. Integral REBAR saddles make installing onto concrete forms quick and easy. The faceplate rotates 30° for maximum visual appeal. The temporary cover comes with a built-in bubble level to simplify installation to finished grade. A convenient top mounted junction box simplifies wire pulls. Two ¾" NPT knockouts permit through wiring.
