The Unitis manufactured by Q-Tran to our specifications. Standard features include:Q-Tran Toroidal Transformer, designed for dimming applications. The unit has two 300 watt low voltage outputs from a single primary input. The high efficiency quotient allows the TSQ 600 to be fully loaded with no de-rating necessary. Dual primary taps to compensate for voltage drop. Output voltages set at 11.8v measured five feet away with a 200 watt load. A choke coil (or debuzzing coil) is standard in each unit. This design feature promotes quieter operation of dimmed lights. Dual fast-acting 25 amp magnetic circuit breakers on the secondary output. Auto reset thermal fuse on the primary side of the transformer. Contractor friendly design. Easy mounting and access, with knockouts on sides and bottom. Terminal blocks are included for fast wiring. The TSQ 600 is UL listed as a Low Voltage Lighting Power Supply Center. The standard unit is finished in a white powder coat. A stainless steel version will be available in the summer of 2003. The unit is rated for damp locations.The unit is fully dimmable with a magnetic low voltage dimmer. The warranty on this power supply is 2 years.
