Recent changes to energy codes require facilities to upgrade to occupancy-based control for outlet receptacles. ETC’s Aero™ Outlet Controller can retrofit existing outlets simply and quickly, without the need for new wiring. It offers a Duplex Edison that combines a switch receptacle for up to 15 amps with a 15-amp constant-power receptacle. An auxiliary output allows for additional standard outlets to be controlled by the internal relay. The Outlet Controller mounts in a standard electrical box.
Sustainability
Compatible with Aero™ Control Stations and Occupancy Sensors, the Aero Outlet Controller can be switched based on room occupancy. This helps facilities meet ASHRE 90.1 and California Title 20/24 energy codes, while cutting down on wasted energy in an empty space.
