The POWER LEADER Electronic Power Meter (EPM) is a microprocessor-based meter that displays a full range of more than 50 metered values with revenue-class accuracy of 0.5% for power. The POWER LEADER EPM for Retrofit Applications can later be field upgraded to ModBus RTU or Commnet communications. The ModBus RTU option allows the EPM to communicate to the GE Power Management Control System (PMCS) software, while the Commnet option allows communication to the PMCS software via the ModBus Concentrator .The POWER LEADER EPM for Retrofit Applications fits directly in the present DS-63 electromechanical watthour meter case providing for easy retrofit.
