Great American Patterns ® are chemically etched in high temperature resistant stainless steel. Often called “gobos , they are designed to be used in the gate of an ellipsoidal spotlight to project images. GAM pioneered the off-the-shelf pattern and offers them in eight traditional sizes. They can also be cut with scissors to fit almost any pattern holder. Using scissors and GAM Gobo Tape, patterns can be altered to create unique images and two patterns can be combined in the same pattern holder or by superimposing projected patterns from two fixtures.
