Poggenpohl is transforming the kitchen into a multifunctional, multimedia space with the launch of +INTEGRATION, an award-winning room design that will debut in the U.S. at this year's Kitchen and Bath Industry Show & Conference (KBIS) in Las Vegas. Launched last spring at Eurocucina, part of the Milan Furniture Fair, +INTEGRATION merges kitchen and traditional living spaces into a fully functional hub suitable for dining, entertaining, relaxing and/or working. A combination of high-gloss acrylics, like Parapan, and exotic wood veneers, such as Swiss pear wood, zebrano, and walnut, create an sleek front design. An advanced architectural design includes a built-in entertainment center and concealed, recessed wall-units. A touch-screen computer controls every technical function in the house from lighting and appliances to the DVD player and intercom system.
