Through our affiliation with Kusch, Thompson Contract quickly distinguished itself as a provider of only the highest quality and highest design contract furnishings. Thompson Contract was established in 1979 as an international business products consulting organization by Justin Thompson, former National Sales Manager for Herman Miller. Operating then under the name of BPCG (Business Products Consulting Group), Justin's international contacts and entrepreneurial spirit provided the company with the necessary tools for the successful marketing of quality products and services. Committed to innovative design, modern manufacturing systems, ecological sensitivity, and the highest standards of quality - in 1987 Partners & Thompson, Inc. was formed as the exclusive North American distributor for Kusch. Operating under the name Kusch USA, Partners & Thompson earned a solid reputation with the architectural and design community and built a network of sales professionals in literally every major market in the United States. In June 2001, Partners & Thompson was renamed Thompson Contract, Inc. by the firm's new Managing Director, and the family's second generation, Michael R. Thompson.
