introduces ICON Healthcare Alert Signage.
The ICON Corridor Alert sign communicates critical patient information to the next doctor, nurse or
clinician. Easily lock and unlock the colorful multi-lingual information icons as needed, using the patented
“push and slide” system concealed behind the hinged panel. Combine additional Infectious Disease
Control inserts and room identification in a single system. Sign combinations are available with chart
holders, writing surfaces and display rails for posting notes.
The larger ICON Patient Room Alert sign is placed bedside at the point of care for easy viewing of critical
information and maximum accessibility. The colorful information tabs also use the “push and slide” system
to deploy the correct icon at the correct time. Room identification and the Infectious Disease Control
inserts are also available. Sign combinations include a shelf with coat hooks, chart holder, writing
surface/ColorCork and display rail.
Door and header selections include 14 colors and wood laminate finishes. Custom colors, icons and
configurations are available.
Modify the Corridor and Patient Room Signs to coordinate with any architectural element or décor within
the facility. Customization is available in both sign and icon design. The standardized Information Icon
library is easily augmented with custom symbols to meet facility’s requirements.
ICON Healthcare Alert Signage is ADA compliant with optional embossed room number and Braille.
