Features and advantages:
It is adjustable for sizes 3 to 6 (to DIN EN 1154) and may be used with:
– Fire rated doors to DIN 18 082, part 3
– Smoke control doors to DIN 18 095
– fire rated doors licensed by a construction control board, provided the license permits the use of door closers to DIN EN 1154.
Size adjustable from above: 1 floor spring for 4 sizes.
Suitable for DIN lh and DIN rh doors.
Aluminium body, galvanised cement case protected against corrosion.
Optimum longitudinal, lateral and vertical adjustment within the cement case. Easy fixing on doors.
Plastic valves with optimum thermal characteristics provide consistent closing speed also with changes in temperature.
As a standard, the UTS range is provided with a seperate valve for latching force adjustment.
Application:
Floor spring for DIN lh and DIN rh doors. Size adjustment from above. Available for the use with fire rated doors to DIN EN 1154.
Tested and quality surveyed by the research and materials testing instuitute Stuttgart "FMPA". Size 3 to 6.

If the UTS 85 F is used on fire rated doors, DIN EN 1154 for doors with hydraulic backcheck should be observed.
Technical description:
For leaf widths up to 1400 mm (standard doors).
Door leaf widths up to 1280 mm with fire rated doors.
Door weight up to 300 kg.
Door opening and closing angle 180°, provided the constructional conditions allow for it.
Protection against forced operation via security valve.
Backcheck function from an opening angle of apporx. 80°.
Latching force (from approx. 7°) continuously adjustable via seperate on/off switchable valve.
Vertical adjustment within the cement case by –1 mm / +3 mm.
